摘　　要：随着“一带一路”倡议的深入,江苏省海陆交汇的特殊区位给外贸发展带来了新的机遇和挑战,从而引发外贸行业人才需求的新常态。对标江苏外贸人才需求的新常态,文章对江苏城市职业学院无锡办学点报关与国际货运专业供给侧情况进行SWOT分析,再从课程体系设置、师资与课程资源建设、实训的设计与实施等方面对报关与国际货运专业供给侧改革提供可行的优化路径。Along with the deepening of the Belt and Road initiative, new opportunities and challenges has been brought to the development of foreign trade in Jiangsu thanks to its marine-terrestrial interlaced landforms. This has led to the new normal of talent demand in foreign trade industry. Targeting the goal of talent cultivation, SWOT analysis was carried out to evaluate the supply side of customs declaration and international freight major in The City Vocational College of Jiangsu(Wuxi branch). Feasible optimization path has been suggested from the perspective of curriculum system settings, faculty and curriculum resources construction, design and implementation of training.
