中国特色新型高校智库进程中科研管理队伍建设的若干思考

摘　　要：中国特色新型高校智库背景下,我国高校急需培育和建设一支高素质专业化的科研管理队伍。针对当前高校科研管理队伍建设存在的问题,建议在创新科研管理体制、组建多元管理队伍、加强业务素质培养、加强大信息化管理这四个方面进行改革,调动科研管理人员的工作积极性,提高科研管理水平,推动高校科研工作的可持续发展,助力中国特色新型高校智库建设和发展。Against the background of the new-type University think tank with Chinese characteristics,Chinese colleges and universities urgently need to cultivate and build a high-quality and professional scientific research management team.In view of the problems existing in the current construction of university scientific research management team,it is suggested to carry out reforms in the following four aspects:innovating the scientific research management system,building a diversified management team,strengthening the professional quality training,and strengthening the big information management,so as to mobilize the enthusiasm of scientific research management personnel,improve the level of scientific research management,promote the sustainable development of university scientific research work,and help the construction and development of the new-type University think tank with Chinese characteristics.
