摘 要:以空心玻璃微珠、氢氧化铝为无机填料,采用物理共混–浇注工艺制备了聚氨酯/无机填料复合材料。分别研究了空心玻璃微珠和氢氧化铝对浆料黏度、复合材料的力学性能、密度、成本的影响。结果表明,相对于氢氧化铝,添加改性空心玻璃微珠的异氰酸酯或组合聚醚的黏度更低,对流动性的影响更小。添加改性空心玻璃微珠,复合材料的力学性能有所降低,当改性空心玻璃微珠含量为40 g时,复合材料的弯曲强度和压缩强度分别降低53.4%,55.3%;添加氢氧化铝的复合材料的力学性明显提高,当氢氧化铝含量为140 g时,复合材料的弯曲强度和压缩强度提升36.0%,22.1%。添加40 g的改性空心玻璃微珠,复合材料的密度降低到0.73 g/cm3,密度降低43.8%,具有明显的减重效果;添加140 g氢氧化铝时,复合材料的密度增大到1.30 g/cm3,密度提高28.7%。改性空心玻璃微珠具有更明显的降成本效果。Hollow glass microsphere and aluminum hydroxide were used as inorganic fillers,the polyurethane/inorganic filler composites were prepared by physical blending-casting method.The effects of hollow glass microsphere and aluminum hydroxide on the slurry viscosity,mechanical properties,density and cost of composites were studied respectively.The results show that the addition of modified hollow glass microsphere to isocyanate or combination polyether has a lower viscosity than the addition of aluminum hydroxide,and has a smaller effect on fluidity.The mechanical properties of the composite are reduced when adding the modified hollow glass microsphere,the bending strength and compressive strength are reduced by 53.4%and 55.3%respectively with adding 40 g modified hollow glass microsphere.The mechanical properties of the composite are significantly improved when adding the aluminum hydroxide,the bending strength and compressive strength of the composite are increased by 36.0%and 22.1%respectively with adding 140 g aluminum hydroxide.When the content of modified hollow glass microsphere is 40 g,the density of the composite is reduced to 0.73 g/cm3 and the density is reduced by 43.8%,which has a significant weight loss effect.When the content of aluminum hydroxide is 140 g,the density of the composite increases to 1.30 g/cm3,the density increases by 28.7%.From a cost perspective,the modified hollow glass microsphere has a more significant cost reduction effect.
