综合性教学医院文书档案的精细化管理模式研究

摘　　要：与普通医疗机构相比较,综合性教学医院文书档案管理更为特殊和复杂,提高管理质量是一项长期工作。本文分析了综合性教学医院文书档案精细化管理的必要性,在此基础上,提出了完善管理制度、优化工作程序、运用PDCA循环等科学的管理方法,结合大数据、双轨制等数据化和信息化管理手段,构建了综合性教学医院文书档案的精细化管理模式。另外,在管理质量和信息利用效率得到提高的同时,总结了该模式运行中的注意事项,以保证该模式更高效地发挥效应。Compared with general medical institutions,the management of documents and files in comprehensive teaching hospitals is more special and complex.Improving the quality of control is a long-term task.This paper analyzes the necessity of fine management of documents and archives in comprehensive teaching hospitals.On this basis,we have proposed scientific management methods such as improving the management system,optimizing work procedures,and using the PDCA cycle,combined with data and information management methods such as big data and dual-track system.In addition,while improving the quality of management and the efficiency of information utilization,we also summarized the precautions in the operation of the model to ensure that the model is more effective.
