疏肝安神针法治疗紧张型头痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察疏肝安神针法治疗紧张型头痛的临床疗效。方法选取2017年5月~2019年5月我院收治的紧张型头痛患者82例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予布洛芬缓释胶囊口服治疗,观察组给予疏肝安神针法治疗,比较两组治疗前后总有效率、VAS评分、大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(97.56%vs 80.49%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论疏肝安神针法治疗紧张型头痛患者效果良好,可有效缓解患者头痛症状,降低大脑中动脉收缩期血流速度。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shugan Anshen acupuncture on tension-type headache.Methods 82 patients with tension-type headache treated in our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given oral ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the observation group was given Shugan Anshen acupuncture.The total effective rate,VAS score,and blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery during systole were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than the control group(97.56%vs 80.49%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was lower than the control group,the blood flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Shugan Anshen acupuncture method is effective in treating patients with tension-type headache,which can effectively alleviate headache symptoms and reduce blood flow velocity in the middle cerebral artery during systole.
