摘　　要：目的探讨查检表在提高低年资护士糖尿病药物注射技术中的应用效果。方法选取2018年1月~5月我院非内分泌专业低年资护士79例作为研究对象,组建培训考核团队,设计糖尿病药物注射技术查检表,并进行调查考核,发现主要问题,进行重点培训,比较培训前及培训2个月后糖尿病药物注射技术达标率及患者满意度。结果培训后低年资护士糖尿病药物注射技术达标率为82.27%,高于培训前的63.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);培训后糖尿病药物注射患者满意度为98.00%,高于培训前的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用查检表有助于发现影响低年资护士糖尿病药物注射技术的因素,给予重点培训后有助于提高糖尿病药物注射技术达标率及患者满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of checklist in improving diabetes drug injection technology for junior nurses.Methods From January to May 2018,79 cases of non-endocrinology nurses with low seniority in our hospital were selected as research objects.A training and assessment team was formed,a checklist for diabetes drug injection technology was designed,and surveys were conducted to find the main problems and key training.The rate of diabetes drug injection technology compliance and patient satisfaction were compared before and after 2 months of training.Results After training,the compliance rate of diabetes drug injection technology among the junior nurses was 82.27%,which was higher than 63.29%before the training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The satisfaction rate of patients with diabetes drug injection after training was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the checklist is helpful to find out the factors that affect the technique of diabetic drug injection for junior nurses.After giving the key training,it can help to improve the rate of diabetic drug injection technology and patient satisfaction.
