摘　　要：美沙拉嗪是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床用药。本文归纳了其原料药的合成方法,根据合成路线的不同,将合成方法分为四类,并对这四类方法进行了比较分析,总结出各自的优缺点。Mesalazine is a clinical treatment for ulcerative colitis.In this paper,the synthesis methods of the drug substances are summarized.According to the different synthetic routes,the synthesis methods are divided into four categories,and the four methods are compared and analyzed,and their advantages and disadvantages are summarized.
