兰州市青少年篮球校外培训发展困境与对策--以兰州市初道体育篮球俱乐部为例  

Difficulties and Countermeasures in the Development of Off-campus Youth Basketball Training in Lanzhou City--Take Lanzhou City Chudao Basketball Club as An Example

摘　　要：本文以兰州市初道体育篮球俱乐部为研究对象,通过对俱乐部经营的分析、教学内容及方法的研究、社会因素的调查,运用文献资料、实地调研等研究方法,分析问题并提出发展策略。对于管理者的经营模式、训练场地条件、教练员动机、学员动机、家长动机作为重点研究内容,调查发现俱乐部规模较小,教学环境的设计不科学,不利于保证质量,教练员的稳定性不高,学员的多方面需求,以及家长对于培训班的要求,教学内容陈旧,缺乏系统科学。基于以上问题:提出具体的解决方法,应建立合理制度,强化师资力量;研发多样产品;择优培训点,优化教学环境;保证培训收费的合理性。This paper takes Lanzhou Chudao Basketball Club as the research object.Through analysis of the club management,the research of teaching content and methods,the investigation of social factors,the use of literature,field research and other research methods to analyze problems and propose development strategies.As a key research content of the manager's business model,training venue conditions,coach motivation,student motivation,and parental motivation,the survey finds that the club size is small,and the design of the teaching environment is not scientific,which is not conducive to quality assurance;the stability of the coach is not high;the needs and requirements of the students and parents for the training courses are multiple;and the teaching content is outdated and not systematic.Solutions are provided based on the above questions:propose specific solutions,establish reasonable system to strengthen the faculty;develop diverse products;select training points to optimize the teaching environment;and ensure the reasonableness of training fees.
