中国传统哲学思想对“工匠精神”培育的影响探析

摘　　要：“工匠精神”是中华优秀传统美德的代言,是社会宝贵的精神财富,不仅成为当今社会各行各业从业者的实践参照,更展现着整个社会的时代风貌和精神价值。通过对中国传统哲学视阈下的“工匠精神”的探讨,特别是传统伦理道德思想对于“工匠精神”形成和培育过程中的不利影响,以期能够从不同的侧面揭示“工匠精神”背后的深刻内涵与哲学根源,并提出哲学视阈下“工匠”精神的培育与传承路径。The“Craftsman Spirit”is the endorsement of China’s excellent traditional virtues and the precious spiritual wealth for society.It not only becomes the practical reference of practitioners in all walks of life in today’s society,but also shows the style and spiritual value of our society as a whole.This paper discusses the“craftsman spirit”from the perspective of Chinese traditional philosophy,especially the negative influence of traditional ethics and moral thoughts on the formation and cultivation of“craftsman spirit”,in order to reveal the profound connotation and philosophical root behind“craftsman spirit”from different aspects,and puts forward the cultivation and inheritance paths of“craftsman”spirit from the perspective of philosophy.
