高职院校文化育人模式的创新与实践——以清远职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：清远职业技术学院以立德树人为根本,通过构建“三渗透,四融合,五对接”建设机制,坚持把新时代国家发展战略、社会主义先进文化、地方特色文化和企业文化融于学校文化建设,对接高职院校的人才培养、科学研究、社会服务、文化传承和国际合作交流五大职能定位,渗透于学生行为、教师行为和学校行为三个方面,形成了以“以人为本、艰苦创业、改革创新、协同优质”为核心文化理念的社会主义职业文化体系,探索出具有清职特色的文化育人模式。清职院为师生创造了学习感悟社会主义职业文化的浓郁氛围和丰富平台,铸牢中国文化自信,引导新时代职业教育教师和青年学生文化自觉成效显著。Qingyuan vocational and technical college,based on morality and human cultivation,adheres to the integration of national development strategy in the new era,advanced socialist culture,local characteristic culture and enterprise culture into the cultural construction of the college through the construction of the construction mechanism of"three penetrations,four integrations and fi ve connections",and connects the talent cultivation,scientifi c research,social services,cultural heritage and international cooperation and exchange of the vocational college.The five functional orientations have penetrated into the three aspects of students'behavior,teachers'behavior and school behavior,forming a cultural system of"socialist professional civilization"with the core cultural concept of"people-oriented,hard work,reform and innovation,coordination and high quality",and exploring a cultural education model with the characteristics of clean duty.The Vocational College of Qing Dynasty created a rich atmosphere and platform for teachers and students to learn and understand the socialist professional civilization,cast a solid confi dence in Chinese culture,and guide vocational education teachers and young students in the new era to achieve remarkable results in cultural consciousness.
