摘  要:子宫内膜癌是妇科三大恶性肿瘤之一。子宫内膜癌的发生发展与抑癌基因、癌基因的突变及信号通路异常密切相关。随着分子生物学的发展,对于子宫内膜癌相关分子生物学改变与该病间关系的揭示日益加深。同时针对这些靶点所研发的新型抗癌药物也逐步投入试验,并取得一定的疗效,这给子宫内膜癌的治疗带来新的曙光。此外,这些新型靶点在子宫内膜癌精准分型和个体化靶向治疗方面均体现出广阔的应用前景。了解近些年新发现或成为新热点的子宫内膜癌靶点,可为该病的临床诊断及治疗提供新思路。Endometrial cancer is one of the three major gynecologic malignancies.The occurrence and development of endometrial cancer are closely related to the mutation of tumor suppressor gene,oncogene and signal pathway abnormality.With the development of molecular biology,the relationship between the molecular biologic changes related to endometrial cancer and the disease is increasingly revealed.At the same time,the new anticancer drugs developed for these targets are gradually put into trial,and have achieved certain efficacy,which brings hope for the treatment of endometrial cancer.In addition,these new targets have broad application prospects in precise classification and individualized targeted therapy of endometrial cancer.Understanding the targets of endometrial cancer,newly discovered or more and more studied in recent years,can provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
