摘　　要：骨性Ⅲ类错[牙合]畸形为上颌发育不足或后缩,也可为下颌过度生长而颏部前突,该类疾病对患者的软硬组织、咀嚼功能、心理健康等方面均有严重影响,临床对于青春生长期患者多采用功能矫形进行治疗,希望通过颌骨的生长改建来纠正上下颌骨矢状方向不调。但目前有关Ⅲ类功能矫形治疗对颞下颌关节影响的研究较少,Ⅲ类功能矫形治疗是否对颞下颌关节产生不利影响仍没有一致认识。虽然Ⅲ类功能矫形治疗后颞下颌关节的形态结构和位置发生变化,但形态结构和位置的变化是生理范围内的适应性改建还是病理性变化仍存在争议,因此Ⅲ类功能矫形是否是构成颞下颌关节紊乱病发展的风险因素需进一步研究。The skeletal classⅢmalocclusion is underdevelopment of the upper jaw or retraction or overgrowth of the lower jaw,and the protrusion of the palate.The disease has serious effects on patients′soft and hard tissues,chewing function,mental health and other aspects.Clinically,functional orthopedics is often used in the treatment of patients in adolescence,and it is hoped that the sagittal direction of the maxilla and mandible can be corrected through the growth and reconstruction of the jaw.At present,there are few studies on the effects of the orthopedic treatment on the temporomandibular joint,and there is still no consensus on whether typeⅢfunctional orthopedic treatment has adverse effects on the temporomandibular joint.Although the morphology and position of temporomandibular joint changes after the orthopedic treatment,it is still controversial whether the changes are adaptive alterations within the physiological range or pathological changes.Therefore,whether classⅢfunctional orthopedics is a risk factor for the development of temporomandibular joint disorders needs further study.
