摘　　要：生物信息分析是一门基于生物芯片技术和医学统计学的新兴学科,对于中医风湿免疫专业研究生而言,该技术能帮助研究者根据公共网络生物信息资源找到潜在治疗靶点,有助于培养学生建立独立的科研思维和创新精神。遵义医科大学临床医学院风湿免疫研究生教学团队根据学生特点和本专业实际情况将本门课程引入日常科研教学中,制定了创新思路和科学道德并重、重视发散思维和实践技能的教学方针,取得了一些成绩和经验,可能对同行有所帮助。Bioinformatics analysis is a new and rising discipline bas is on biochip technology and medical statistics. To postgraduate student from rheumatology of TCM, this course may help them getting the potential therapeutic targets according to bioinformatics resource from Public Internet, building up Independent scientific thinking and spirit of innovation. Our teaching team brought Bioinformatics analysis course in common researching and teaching work according to characteristics of students and actual situation of Rheumatology department, we set guidelines that laid emphasis on spirit of innovation, ethics of science, divergent thinking ability and practical skills. We got some achievement and experience that may be helpful or peers.
