补肾逐瘀止痛汤联合二磷酸盐药物治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析补肾逐瘀止痛汤联合二磷酸盐药物治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床研究。方法对就诊并经诊断确诊为恶性肿瘤骨转移的患者42例纳入本研究,按照患者的随机并知情同意原则分为2组:联合组及单药组,每组21例。联合组患者采用补肾逐瘀止痛汤联合二磷酸盐药物治疗,单药组单独采用二磷酸盐药物治疗。在患者用药后7d、15d、30d、60d及90d通过NRS疼痛评分分别评价2组患者的疼痛改善情况及止痛起效时间并定期对患者的血液生化指标进行复查,并通过KPS评分进行评价。结果2组患者治疗前及治疗90d后采用KPS评分比较患者的功能状态,治疗前2组比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后联合组优于单药组(P<0.05),具有统计学差异(P<0.05);联合组与单药组的止痛起效时间及止痛效果显示,联合组止痛起效时间提前于单药组(P<0.05),止痛效果优于单药组(P<0.05)。结论补肾逐瘀止痛汤联合二磷酸盐药物治疗恶性肿瘤骨转移患者疼痛效果优于单独应用二磷酸盐药物的患者,中西医联合用药提高了患者的生存质量及止痛效果。Objective To study and analyze the clinical study of Bushen Zhuyu Zhitong decoction combined with diphosphate in the treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumors. Methods 42 patients with bone metastases from malignant tumors diagnosed in our hospital were enrolled in this study. According to the principle of random and informed consent, they were divided into combined group and single drug group, with 21 cases in each group. The combied group was treated with Bushen Zhuyu Zhitong decoction combined with diphosphate, while the single drug group was treated with diphosphate alone. After 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days, NRS pain score was used to evaluate the improvement of pain and the onset time of pain relief in the two groups. The blood biochemical indexes of the patients were reviewed regularly and evaluated by KPS score. Results KPS score was used to compare the functional status of patients before and 90 days after treatment. There was no difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05). After treatment, the combined group was superior to the single drug group(P<0.05), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The analgesic onset time and analgesic effect of the combined group and the single drug group showed that the analgesic onset time of the combined group was earlier than that of the single drug group(P<0.05). The analgesic effect of the combined group was better than that of single drug group(P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of Bushen Zhuyu Zhitong decoction combined with diphosphate in the treatment of bone metastasis of malignant tumors is better than that of diphosphate alone. The quality of life and analgesic effect of patients with bone metastasis are improved by the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.
