摘　　要：华法林作为双香豆素类抗凝剂在临床上广泛应用,药物、食物、疾病状态等原因对华法林的疗效均可产生影响。本文回顾性分析华法林与中药、食物相互作用的相关研究,重点探讨中药、食物影响华法林抗凝作用的研究结果,为临床提供参考,保障华法林安全合理使用。按照中药功效,食物种类分类,结果更加直观、系统,更易查询。Warfarin is widely used in clinic as a dicoumarin anticoagulant. Drugs, food, disease status and other factors can affect the efficacy of warfarin. This paper retrospectively analyzed the interaction between Chinese medicine, food and warfarin, focusing on the effects of Chinese medicine and food on warfarin anticoagulation, in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use and ensure the safe and rational use of warfarin. According to the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the classification of food types, the results are more intuitive, systematic and easy to query.
