摘　　要：作者拟筹备开办"针灸推拿学生门诊",模拟诊所运营,积极践行大学生创新创业实践活动。文章阐述了开办"针灸推拿学生门诊"的目的和意义,介绍了开办门诊的思路,说明了前期筹备相关工作,就开办"学生门诊"所涉及的法律、伦理问题进行探讨,还特别提及创业活动与日常学业可能的冲突及相应的安排和对策。认为开办"针灸推拿学生门诊",学生能将创业与学习实践相结合,提升自主创业意识与专业素质水平,实现自身的全面发展;同时也创新了针灸推拿学专业的教学模式,值得尝试。The author intends to prepare for the opening of the acupuncture and manipulation student outpatient clinic to simulate the operation of the clinic and actively practice the practice of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship. The article expounds the purpose and significance of the acupuncture and moxibustion student clinic, introduces the idea of starting an outpatient clinic, explains the preparatory work in the early stage, discusses the legal and ethical issues involved in the opening of the "student clinic", and especially mentions entrepreneurship. Possible conflicts between activities and daily studies and corresponding arrangements and countermeasures. It is believed that students can combine entrepreneurship with study practice, enhance their self-employment awareness and professional quality, and achieve their own comprehensive development. At the same time, it also innovates the teaching mode of acupuncture and moxibustion, which is worth trying.
