摘　　要：独立学院作为高等教育的重要组成部分,经历了二十余年的发展,正处在以质量为核心的内涵式发展重要阶段。中医学专业独立学院办学面临诸多挑战,本文从中医职业素质角度探讨该专业独立学院人才培养面临的问题,探讨新时期应对的策略。Being a crucial component of higher education, independent colleges has experienced more than 20-year development. It is in a critical phase of connotative development, focusing on quality. The independent professional colleges of TCM have encountered many challenges. From the perspective of professional quality of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discussed the problems faced by the talents training program in the independent colleges of traditional Chinese medi cine, and the strategies to deal with in thenewera.
