摘　　要：为复配出适用于高温高酸性回注井的环空保护液,通过室内实验评价添加剂的作用效果以及添加剂间的兼容性和协同作用,优选出适用的缓蚀剂、除氧剂、杀菌剂,确定添加剂最优加注浓度,最终形成环空保护液复配方案,并利用高温、高压釜模拟酸气回注井井筒工况,评价环空保护液的防护效果。结果表明:在由HS-2咪唑啉类缓蚀剂、无水亚硫酸钠除氧剂和SJ-3杀菌剂复配形成的环空保护液中,P110SS套管的腐蚀速率从0. 843 mm/a降为0. 071 mm/a,防护效果优良。研制的环空保护液具有杀菌、除氧、缓蚀功能,可为高温高酸性回注井井下管柱的防护提供技术保障。In order to compound feasible annular protection fluid for high temperature-acid reinjection well,laboratory experiments were performed to evaluate the additive performances,the compatibility and synergy between additives. The reasonable categories and concentrations of inhibitor,deoxidant and bactericide were determined to develop a compound solution for the annular protection fluid. The high-temperature autoclave was used to simulate the wellbore conditions of acid gas reinjection well and evaluate the annular protection fluid performance. Research indicates that for the annular protection fluid compounded by HS-2 imidazole corrosion inhibitor,anhydrous sodium sulfite deoxidant and SJ-3 bactericide,the corresponding corrosion rate of the P110SS casing was reduced from 0. 843 mm/a to 0. 071 mm/a,which indicates favorable protection performance. The developed annular protection fluid shows better performance in sterilization,disoxidation and inhabitation,which could provide certain technical reference for the protection of downhole pipe string in high temperature-acid reinjection well.
