摘 要:跨境电商是传统外贸与互联网紧密结合的一种新型业态,但是它所需人才的规格却与传统外贸人才有着较大差别,导致人才缺口巨大。我国不少职业院校尝试培养跨境电商人才,发现“产教融合”是培养合格人才的关键,并且已经进行了几种培养模式的探索,包括“订单班”“引企入校”“半工半读”“集训营”“创业工作室”和“产业学院”。这些模式各有千秋,但都需要解决几个关键问题,即教师如何提高实践能力,学生上课形式与成绩评定方式能否改革,如何提高企业参与校企合作的积极性,以及建立什么样的合作机制。Cross border e-commerce is a new type of business that combines traditional foreign trade and the internet closely.However,the specifications of the talents it needs are quite different from those of traditional foreign trade,resulting in a huge talent gap.Many vocational colleges in China have tried to cultivate cross-border e-commerce talents,and found that“integration of industry and education”is the key to training qualified talents.Several training modes have been explored,including“Order Class”,“Introducing Enterprises to School”,“Half Work and Half Study”,“Training Camp”,“Venture Studio”and“Industrial College”.These models have their own advantages,but they all need to solve several key problems,that is,how to improve the practical ability of teachers,whether the form of classes and the way of performance evaluation able to be reformed,how to improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in school enterprise cooperation,and what kind of cooperation mechanism to establish.
