摘　　要：1.IntroductionEnglish,a compulsory subject for college students in China's Mainland,is studied as a foreign language in the classrooms.Students improve their language proficiency mainly by the classroom activities as well as doing mountains of paper exercises,and college students take English courses for school’s requirement or major need.
