摘　　要：近年来,随着信息技术不断地发展,计算机信息管理系统在各个领域得到了广泛的应用,特别是在人事管理中,不仅提高了人事管理的质量,还进一步地促进了我国企业在社会中的稳定发展。文章对计算机信息管理系统在人事管理中的应用展开了分析。In recent years,with the continuous development of information technology,computer information management system has been widely used in various fields,especially in personnel management,which not only improves the quality of personnel management,but also further promotes the stable development of Chinese enterprises in society.This paper analyzes the application of computer information management system in personnel management.
