摘　　要：①目的了解老年脑卒中患者心理安全现状,分析老年脑卒中患者心安全的影响因素。②方法选取河北省唐山市华北理工大学附属医院神经内科525例老年脑卒中患者作为研究对象,采用一般情况调查表、住院老年患者安全感量、社会支持评定量表、家庭支持评定量表进行测评。③结果老年脑卒中患者住院安全感得分为(80.23±16.57)分。多元线性回归分析显示,收支状况、性格、眩晕、言语障碍、医护人员陪检情况、及时更换液体、医护人员言语通俗易懂、医院的信誉、家庭支持、社会支持为老年脑卒中患者心理安全的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。④结论应重视老年脑卒中患者心理安全,针对其主要影响因素采取相应措施,从而提高老年脑卒中患者心理安全,促进患者身心康复。Objective To understand the status quo of psychological safety in elderly stroke patients, and analyze the influencing factors of cardiac safety in elderly stroke patients.Methods 525 elderly stroke patients in the department of neurology, affiliated hospital of north China university of science and technology, Tangshan city,Hebei province were selected as the study subjects. General situation questionnaire, inpatient safety level, social support rating scale and family support rating scale were used for evaluation.Results In elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy in hospital security score was(80.23±16.57), multiple linear regression analysis showed that balances, character, dizziness, speech disorders, medical personnel Parisian situation, timely replacement of liquid, the reliability of the medical staff words easy to understand, hospital, family support and social support for elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy are the main factors causing the psychological security(P<0.05).Conclusion So attention should be paid to the psychological security of elderly stroke patients, and corresponding measures should be taken according to the main influencing factors, so as to improve the psychological security of elderly stroke patients and promote their physical and mental rehabilitation.
