摘　　要：①目的评估影响护士职业获益感的主要因素。②方法搜索PubMed、Cochrane-Library、Embase、中国生物医学文献服务系统、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库和VIP数据库,搜索从建库到2018年发表的影响中国护士职业获益感的文献。在筛选文献、提取数据和根据纳入、排除标准评估所包含的文献质量后,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。③结果共检索到1468篇文章,最终收录10篇文献。Meta分析显示,影响因素与护士职业获益感的合并相关系数及95%CI依次为护龄0.25(0.19~0.32)、心理资本0.24(0.13~0.34)、职务0.21(0.14~0.28)、平均月收入0.21(0.11~0.30)、用工性质0.18(0.08~0.29)、参与临床带教0.18(0.04~0.33)、子女状况0.17(0.02~0.31)、初始学历-0.07(-0.12^-0.03)。④结论护龄、心理资本、职务、平均月收入、用工性质、参与临床带教、子女状况和初始学历为护士职业获益感的主要影响因素。Objective To evaluate the main influencing factors of perceived benefits for Chinese nurses.Methods Databases including PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase,CBM,CNKI,VIP and Wanfang Data, starting from the foundation day of these databases to 2018,to collected literature on the main influencing factors of the sense of professional benefits for Chinese nurses,according to the into exclusion standard screening literature to extract data and evaluation after the quality of the literature.The included literature was screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.After extracting data and appraising the quality of the included studies, Meta-analysis was performed by Revman 5.3 software.Results A total of 1468 literatures were retrieved,10 literatures were finally included.The summary effect and 95%CI of the main influencing factors and nurses’ sense of occupational benefit were nursing age 0.25(0.19~0.32), psychological capital 0.24(0.13~0.34), position 0.21(0.14~0.28), average monthly income 0.21(0.11~0.30), nature of employment 0.18(0.08~0.29), participation in clinical teaching 0.18(0.04~0.33), children’s status 0.17(0.02~0.31), and initial record of formal schooling-0.07 [(-0.12)^(-0.03)].Conclusion Nursing age,psychological capital,position,average monthly income, nature of employment,participation in clinical teaching,children’s status and initial record of formal schooling are the main influencing factors related to nurses’ sense of occupational benefit.
