摘　　要：目的:分析乳腺粘液癌的超声、钼靶X线及MR表现。方法:回顾性分析例经病理证实的15例乳腺粘液癌的临床资料,观察其影像特点。结果:15例乳腺粘液癌,年龄34-56岁,肿瘤位于左乳8例,右乳7例。13例行超声检查,不规则形9例,类圆形4例,边缘清晰10例,边界不清3例,含点状钙化3例;12例行钼靶X线检查,不规则形结节或肿块9例,非对称致密3例,边缘清晰8例,边界不清4例,含点状钙化5例;6例接受MR平扫及增强扫描,4例单纯型,囊性为主,T1WI呈低信号,T2WI压脂序列呈高信号,DWI呈高信号,增强扫描肿瘤呈渐进性向中央填充强化。2例混合型,实性成份为主,T1WI以等低信号为主,内见稍高信号,T2WI以稍高信号为主,1病灶内可见液液平面,DWI呈高信号,增强扫描明显不均匀强化,病变内实性部分强化明显。病理:单纯型MBC10例,混合型MBC5例。结论:MBC是一种少见的乳腺恶性肿瘤,好发于绝经后妇女,影像表现具有一定的特征性,结合临床可以提高该疾病的诊断。Objective:To study the ultrasonography,mammography and MRI features of Mucinous breast carcinoma(MBC),in order to achieve more information about the disease and improve the diagnosis.Methods:Totally 15 patients with MBC were collected.The clinical manifestations,imaging and pathologic appearances with 15 cases with MBC were retrospectively analyzed.Results:The age of these patients were 34 to 56 years.Tumors were located in right breast 7 cases and left 8 cases.13 cases had ultrasound examination,irregular lesion 9 cases, round lesions 4 cases,10 cases had clear boundary,3 cases had indistinct borders,3 cases had calcification.12 cases had X-ray examination, irregular nodule or mass 9 cases, focal asymmetry 3 cases, 8 cases had clear boundary,4 cases had indistinct borders,5 cases had calcification.6 cases underwent plane and contrast-enhanced MR scan.4 case were pure mucinous breast carcinoma(PMBC) presented hypointenty signal on T1 WI and hyperintenty signal on T2 WI and DWI.2 cases were mix mucinous breast carcinoma(MMBC) showed mixed intensity signal on T1 and T2 Weighted images.All the 6 cases showed conspicuous inhomogeneous enhancement.Of the 15 cases,there were PMBC 10 cases and MMBC 5 cases.Conclusion:MBC is rare malignant breast tumor.It affects postmenopausal women.The imaging appearances of MBC have certain characteristics and combined with clinical,the capabilities of diagnosis for MBC can be improved.
