摘 要:2019年末爆发的新冠肺炎疫情给我国劳动关系领域带来了许多新情况、新问题,势必会影响疫情期和疫情后的劳动关系和谐与稳定。这就需要各级工会组织及时厘清劳动关系双方的权利、责任和义务,及时补短板、堵漏洞、强弱项,在这场重大考验中践行初心使命、体现责任担当,切实维护好职工群众的劳动报酬权、劳动就业权以及劳动保护权。The outbreak of the novel coronavirus in late 2019 has brought many new situations and problems to the field of labor relations in China, which will inevitably affect the harmony and stability of labor relations during and after the outbreak. This requires trade union organizations at all levels to clarify the rights, responsibilities and obligations of both parties in time, to fill in the gaps, close loopholes, and fulfill the initial mission, so that they can embody their responsibilities to earnestly maintaining workers’ rights of remuneration, employment and being protected.
