摘  要:目的研究屏幕刺激与大学生神经症的相关性,指导大学生合理使用电子产品,以避免其造成的不良影响。方法在山西高校范围内,设计发放调查问卷,主要采集大学生屏幕刺激时长和神经症等信息,分析屏幕刺激与大学生神经症的相关性,建立线性回归模型,并用Logistic回归分析不同使用目的的作用大小,统计数据经Excel录入,SPSS 19.0进行分析。结果不同的屏幕刺激对症状阳性率的差异有统计学意义;屏幕刺激与大学生神经症存在正相关,线性回归分析结果:症状计算总分=52.36+0.075*X(屏幕刺激总时长),根据方程及症状划定标准,估测合理屏幕刺激总时长的界限值约为142分钟/天;看视频相较于浏览网页而言,对症状的影响更大;电子游戏统计学差异不明显。结论屏幕刺激与大学生神经症有明确相关性;建议尽量减少使用电子产品时间,每天使用电子产品时间不超过2.5个小时,并且合理分配不同使用目的所占时间比例.Objective To study the correlation between screen stimulation and college students’neurosis,and to guide college students to use electronic products reasonably to avoid the adverse effects caused by them.Methods In the scope of Shanxi universities,design and issue questionnaires,mainly collecting information on college students’screen stimulation duration and neurosis.Analyze the correlation between screen stimulation and college students’neurosis,establish a linear regression model,and use Logistic regression to analyze the effect size of different use purposes.The statistical data is entered by Excel.SPSS19.0 analyzes the results.Results Different screen stimulate have statistically significant differences in the positive rate of symptoms;screen stimulation is positively correlated with neurosis in college students,linear regression analysis results:total score of symptom calculation=52.36+0.075*X(total duration of screen stimulation),according to the equation and symptom delineation criteria,estimate the reasonable screen stimulation total time limit is about 142 minutes/day;watching video has more impact on symptoms than browsing the web;statistical differences in video games are not obvious.Conclusion Screen stimuli have a clear correlation with college neurosis;It is recommended to minimize the use of electronic products,use electronics products time is not more than 2.5 hours every day,And reasonably allocate the proportion of time spent on different purposes of use.
