摘 要:伴随我国社会的发展,阶层分化导致教育需求多元化并触发教育机会均等的危机,传统的性别观念在教育领域内博弈,社会弱势群体的教育实现问题引起社会各界广泛关注。本研究通过文献法和文本分析的方法,系统收集和整理了我国当前教育领域中的法律、政策以及相关制度,将其分成四类:性别平等的法律政策、性别中立的法律政策、缺乏性别视角和意识的法律政策,以及保护类的法律政策,并对重点的教育法律政策进行了深入分析。在此基础上提出从两个方面入手改进,即需要颁布的法律政策和需要修订的法律政策,从而促进我国教育领域的性别平等。The fast development of China for decades have brought in social stratification,which has in turn created multiple demand for education and triggered crisis to guarantee equal access to education.People from all walks of life have attached great attention to the clashes of traditional gender-based beliefs and the education of vulnerable groups.This article has employed the methods of literature research and textual analysis in its studies to review domestic laws,rules,and relevant institutions related to education and group them into four categories,which can be labeled with gender equality,gender neutrality,lack of gender perspective and awareness,and protective policy.At the same time,it has also made an exploration of key education laws and regulations.At last,it proposes to make an improvement of the issue when the legislative departments promulgate news laws and amend existing laws and policies in a move to facilitate the realization of gender equality in education.
