摘  要:当前,职业学校不断加快智慧校园建设,传统教学督导存在的导向偏差、评价缺陷、评价失实和网络互动教学评价缺失的问题日趋严重。因此,新形势下职业学校要从建立教学督导管理平台、完善教育教学质量评估内涵和教学督导监控机制等方面全面提升教学督导效果,为教师的职业发展提供帮助,为学生的专业成长保驾护航,为学校的科学管理提供依据。At present,vocational schools are constantly accelerating the construction of smart campuses,and the problems of orientation deviation,evaluation flaws,evaluation inaccuracy and lack of online interactive teaching evaluation in traditional teaching supervision are becoming increasingly serious.Therefore,under the new situation,vocational schools should comprehensively improve the effectiveness of teaching supervision in terms of establishing a teaching supervision management platform,improving the connotation of education and teaching quality assessment,and comprehensively improving the effect of teaching supervision in the teaching supervision and monitoring mechanism,in order to provide a basis for the schools’scientific management.
