摘 要:农村职业培训是有效落实国家乡村振兴战略的重要抓手,对于提升农村人口素质、培育农村技术人才、助力农村经济发展等有重要意义。基于区域现实,顶层设计上,应打造“4+3”农村职业培训体系,构建“4×3”农村职业培训模式,建立“四级”农村职业培训评估机制。具体实践中,围绕发展目标,找准农村培训机构办学定位;夯实重点工程,做好职业培训落地根基;着力推进培训项目,服务区域经济社会发展。Rural vocational training is an important starting point for the effective implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy,which is of great significance for improving the quality of the rural population,cultivating rural technical talents,and promoting rural economic development.Based on the regional reality,the top-level design should create a“4+3”rural vocational training system,a“4*3”rural vocational training mode,and a“four-level”rural vocational training evaluation mechanism.In the specific practice,we should focus on the development goals,find out the orientation of the rural training institutions;consolidate the key projects,lay a good vocational training foundation;and focus on promoting the training projects to serve the regional economic and social development.
