摘 要:目的分析研究深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)的抗疲劳作用。方法选健康成年雄性小鼠,随机分为正常对照组、深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)大、中、小剂量组(21.6、10.8、5.4g/kg),分别给予深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)混悬液,连续给予受试物30d。每5天记录各组小鼠体重。末次给药后,测定负重游泳的持续时间,以及血清尿素氮、肝糖原的含量。并对深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)所含氨基酸进行检测。结果给予受试物30d后,深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)大中小剂量组体重均显著低于正常对照组(P <0.01)。小鼠的力竭游泳时间均比正常对照组显著增加(P <0.01),表明深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)具有明显的抗疲劳作用。深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)大剂量组小鼠尿素的产生比对照组有明显的下降(P <0.05),说明深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)大剂量组具有增强机体对运动负荷耐受能力的功效;深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)各个剂量组的肝糖原比对照组无统计学差异,说明不具有增加机体糖原储备的功效。结论深海三文鱼蛋白(肽)能显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,降低血清尿素氮含量,具有明显的抗疲劳作用,并有其最适剂量。Objective To investigate antifatigue effect of deep-sea salmon protein(peptide) on mice.Method Healthy adult male mice were randomly divided into normal control group, the large, medium and small dose group(21.6、10.8、5.4 g/kg)of deep sea salmon protein(peptide). They were given the appropriate dose of deep sea salmon protein(peptide) suspension twice daily, continuous administration of the test substance 30 d. Weight, duration of exhaustive swimming, serum urea nitrogen, liver glycogen content after exercise, each group of mice records every five days. And detected amino acids about the deep sea salmon protein(peptide) contains of. Result After administration of the test substance 30 d, the large, medium and small dose group of deep sea salmon protein(peptide)were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.01). Swimming time was significantly increased than the normal control group(P <0.01), showed deep sea salmon protein(peptide)has significant anti-fatigue effect. Deep sea salmon protein(peptide) of high-dose mice produce urea decreased significantly(P<0.05) than the control group, indicating deep-sea salmon protein(peptide) of high-dose group with enhanced body to exercise stress tolerance effect;Compared with the control group, the glycogen content of deep sea salmon protein(peptide) of each dose group was no significantly different. It indicated that does not have the effect on increase the body’s glycogen reserves.Conclusion The deep sea salmon protein(peptide) can significantlyprolong swimming time and reduce serum urea nitrogen. It has significant anti-fatigue effect, and has its optimal dose.
