摘　　要：公共服务动机(public service motivation,以下简称PSM)是近20年西方公共行政学界的一个热点议题,在中文文献中,也不难发现学者对于这个议题的着墨,更有许多华人学者在重要的英文期刊中攻城略地。即便如此,多数华人学者对于这个议题的来龙去脉并没有足够的掌握,以致对于这个议题的前沿走向与定位缺乏充分的认识。通过对近20年来PSM的概念与发展进行系统性的回顾,梳理出PSM的发展方向:(1)测量上的新尝试;(2)研究方法上的精进;(3)国际化的PSM研究;(4)走向更广的动机研究;(5)跟PSM说再见。对于华人研究群体而言,最能做出"与众不同"研究的,应是国际化路径。Public service motivation(hereinafter referred to as PSM)has been a hot topic for discussion in the circle of western public administration.In Chinese literatures,it is not difficult to find that this topic is also discussed by a lot of scholars,and even there are a number of Chinese scholars publishing relevant papers in some important English periodicals.Nevertheless,most Chinese scholars still don’t have a sufficient understanding on the origin and the development of this topic,and for this reason,they lack sufficient knowledge on its frontier direction and positioning.This paper systematically reviews the concept and the development of PSM in recent twenty years,summarizes the development track of PSM,and discusses the recent development of PSM.Meanwhile,the enlightment of the concept of PSM on Chinese research groups is also involved in this paper.
