摘　　要：2019年是美国共产党建党100周年,该党在芝加哥举行了第三十一次全国代表大会。美国共产党以马克思主义为指导,批判了特朗普执政后美国的社会矛盾和问题,揭露了资本主义“利润第一主义”原则对世界性政治经济危机的影响。在分析与判断国内外形势的基础上,美国共产党强调加强工人阶级团结,将马克思主义教育作为党的建设的首要目标,成立全国性的共产主义青年组织,并在大会上制定出新的政策和主张,积极构建与右翼势力相抗衡的统一战线,推动美国社会主义运动更快地发展。The year 2019 marked the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party USA,which held its 31st National Congress in Chicago.The Party,guided by Marxism,criticized the social contradictions and problems in the United States after Trump came into office,and revealed the impact of the capitalist principle of“profit first doctrine”on the world political and economic crisis.At the congress,on the basis of analyzing the situation at home and abroad,the Party emphasized strengthening the unity of the working class,decided to take Marxist education as the primary goal of its party building,established a national communist youth organization and worked out new policies to actively build a united front against the right-wing forces and promote faster development of the socialist movement in the US.
