摘 要:公办幼儿园聘用制教师数量逐年增加,聘用制教师已经成为了幼儿园的"主力军",聘用制教师的课程领导水平直接关系着幼儿园园本课程及教育教学品质。本研究通过对公办幼儿园聘用制G教师的个案研究,从课程组织文化领导、课程组织结构领导、课程专业技术领导三个维度分析G教师的课程领导水平,结果显示:G教师的课程领导综合水平较高,具有一定的成功经验,但仍在班级成员的分工、家园合作的有效性、课程专业技术领导的全面性方面存在一定的不足,为其更好的优化提升课程领导水平,本研究针对G教师的不足提出建议。The number of teachers employed in public kindergartens is increasing year by year,and teachers employed in public kindergartens have become the"main force"of kindergartens.The course leadership level of teachers employed in public kindergartens is directly related to the course and teaching quality of kindergartens.By studying one case of a public kindergarten teacher"G",this research made research on three dimensions about G teacher’s course leadership level:culture leadership of course organization,structure leadership of course organization,and professional technology leadership of course.The results of this study showed that the comprehensive level of G teacher’s course leadership is higher,but there still has some shortcoming:lack of labor division among class members,less effectiveness of home-kindergarten cooperation,and no professional and comprehensive technical leadership of courses.Therefore this paper gives some advice so that it is better to optimize the level of teachers’course leadership.
