基于“双创”能力培养的体育应用型人才教育体系的思考

摘　　要：创新创业教育是新时代深化高等学校教学改革的一个重要方向,体育院校作为新时代体育人才培养基地,加强体育应用型人才的创新创业能力培养顺应了迫切的现实需求。针对体育院校创新创业教学中出现的一系列问题,以适应社会需求为导向,培养应用型人才为办学理念,从加强学生创新创业能力培养、提高社会竞争力的视角出发,深化课程教学改革。构建“前移化、全程化”双创课程体系,着重培养学生创新精神、激发创业热情、强化创业技能;搭建“课内课外,校内校外”相结合的创新创业教育训练实践平台,强化实践教学与实践能力的培养;搭建创业孵化基地,整合创业教育资源,推动创业教育孵化链建设,充分发挥基地孵化功能;建立“互联网+”创新创业评价体系,更好地完善创新创业教育实施过程。The education of innovation and entrepreneurship is an important direction of deepening the teaching reform in colleges and universities in the new era.It is urgent to strengthen the cultivation of the innovative and entrepreneurial ability of the practical sports talents.In the light of a series of problems,in order to meet the needs of the society and training practical talents as the core of running a school,from the perspective of strengthening the cultivation of students'innovative ability and entrepreneurship and improving their social competitiveness,the curricular reform was deepened.It is important to construct“visionary and whole-process”innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum system to cultivate the students'awareness and spirit of innovation,and to improve the students'innovation and entrepreneurship skills.It is also important to establish the“inside and outside class,inside and outside school”practice platform,to establish entrepreneurship incubation base,to integrate educational resources,to promote the development of incubation chain and give full play to the incubation function of the base and to establish an“internet plus"”evaluation system.
