摘  要:制备填充型正交加筋复合材料夹层板结构模型,并进行动力学响应试验,采用ABAQUS结构有限元分析软件建立动响应数值仿真模型,验证并探讨该型夹层结构建模方法和动力学响应计算方法.结果表明:基于粘弹性填充材料DMTA测试结果,采用ABAQUS建立的填充型正交加筋复合材料夹层结构动力学仿真模型和计算方法基本可靠,在200 Hz以下,固有频率计算误差在20%以内,动响应计算过程中碳/玻混杂纤维复合材料的阻尼值取0.05较为合理.The structural model of filledorthogonal rib-reinforced composite sandwich plate was prepared and the dynamic response test was carried out.The ABAQUS structural finite element analysis software was used to establish the dynamic response numerical simulation model,and the modeling method and dynamic response calculation method of this type of sandwich structure were verified and discussed.The results show that based on DMTA test results of viscoelastic filler materials,the dynamic simulation model and calculation method of filled orthogonal rib-reinforced composite sandwich structure established by ABAQUS are basically reliable.Under 200 Hz,the natural frequency calculation error is less than 20%,and the damping value of carbon/glass hybrid fiber composite is more reasonable to take 0.05 in the dynamic response calculation process.
