船体外板展开图中辊压线求取算法研究

摘  要:针对手工求取辊压线效率低且精度不高等实际问题,通过参考TRIBON软件的辊压线求取方法,提出了适用范围更广的船体外板展开图中辊压线的求取算法.采用几何展开算法对外板进行展开;以外板边缘弯曲度最大的两条边作为辊压线的起始边,求取辊压线;基于“保形映射”的思想,通过四次求取映射点来减少映射的形状误差和角度误差,将三维模型上的辊压线映射到展开面中.采用C#编程语言对算法进行开发,与CATIA软件建立数据传输接口,对三维模型进行展开实验.实验结果表明:与TRIBON展开结果相比,展开边长的最大误差不超过2 mm,满足实际生产需求.根据展开的结果对零件进行下料切割,辊压线的求取结果相较于TRIBON的结果,提高了生产效率.Aiming at the practical problems of low efficiency and low precision in manual calculation of roller pressing line,an algorithm for calculating roller pressing line in ship shell expansion plan with wider application range was proposed by referring to the roller pressing line calculation method of TRIBON software.The geometric expansion algorithm was used to expand the outer plate,and the two edges of the outer plate with the largest edge curvature were taken as the starting edges of the roller pressing line to obtain the roller pressing line.Based on the idea of“conformal mapping”,the shape error and angle error of the mapping were reduced by obtaining the mapping points four times,and the roller line on the three-dimensional model was mapped into the development surface.The algorithm was developed with C#programming language,and the data transmission interface was established with CATIA software to carry out experiments on the three-dimensional model.The experimental results show that,compared with TRIBON expansion results,the maximum error of expansion edge length is less than 2mm,which can meet the actual production requirements.According to the developed results,the parts are cut under stock.Compared with the TRIBON result,the calculation result of roller pressing line improves the production efficiency.
