摘　　要：合法性缺失仍是制约新创企业生存与发展的主要障碍,有必要对新创企业合法性的前置影响因素及其作用机理展开深入研究。以在孵企业为研究对象,采用多元回归分析法,探讨孵化网络多元性对在孵企业合法性的影响以及效果推理的中介效应。研究发现:孵化网络多元性对效果推理实验、可承受损失、柔性、先前承诺以及在孵企业合法性均有显著正向影响;效果推理实验、可承受损失、柔性、先前承诺对在孵企业合法性有显著正向影响,部分中介孵化网络多元性对在孵企业合法性的影响。此外,还揭示了孵化网络助力在孵企业合法性提升的一般路径,验证了效果推理对在孵企业合法性构建的作用,可为在孵企业决策逻辑选取与合法性培育提供借鉴。Lack of legitimacy is still an important obstacle to the survival and development of new ventures.It is necessary to conduct indepth research on the preinfluencing factors and their mechanism of action on the legitimacy of new ventures.Taking incubating enterprises as the research object,this paper uses multiple regression analysis to explore the relationship between incubation network diversity and legitimacy of incubating enterprises,and the mediating effect of effectuation.The results show that:network diversity has a significant positive impact on the experiment,tolerable loss,flexibility,prior commitment and the legitimacy of incubating enterprises.Experiment,tolerable loss,flexibility and prior commitment have a significant positive impact on the legitimacy of incubating enterprises.Experiment,tolerable loss,flexibility and prior commitment play a part of intermediary role between incubation network diversity and the legitimacy of incubating enterprises.This study reveals the general path of incubation network to promote the legitimacy of incubating enterprises,verifies the role of effectuation in the process of building legitimacy of incubating enterprises,and provides a reference for the selection of decision logic and the cultivation of legitimacy of incubating enterprises.
