基于OBE理念的高校课堂教学质量双向评价模式研究

摘　　要：成果导向教育理念(Outcome-based Education,OBE)是新时代教育教学改革的重要导向,突出学生中心、产出导向、持续改进,课堂教学质量评价是本科人才培养教学质量保障体系的关键环节以及实现人才培养目标的前提和基础。OBE理念引导的课堂教学质量评价模式,鲜有研究。文章梳理当前课堂教学质量评价存在的问题,辨析OBE理念引导的课堂教学质量评价的内涵,构建基于OBE理念的评教评学双向评价模式,并提出促进该模式实施的策略。Outcome-based education,which mainly emphasizes student-centered,outcome-based education,and continuous quality improvement,is the important guidance of education and teaching reform.The quality of classroom instruction is the essential part of teaching quality guarantee system as well as the foundation of talents cultivation.However,there is little research on the outcome-based evaluation model.This paper discusses the principal problem in evaluation model and analyzes the concept of quality evaluation of outcome-based education.Furthermore,the paper explains two-way evaluation model of teaching and learning evaluation based on outcome-based education and puts forward the implementation strategy.
