摘　　要：推动地方高校应用型转型是当前教育领域人才供给侧结构性改革的重要内容,加强应用型人才培养也是提升教育质量、破解地方高校发展困局的有效途径。河池学院构建了以目标导向的质量标准体系、能力导向的模块化课程体系、需求导向的实践育人体系为支撑的工科专业应用型人才培养体系,在目标体系、培养模式、载体渠道、工作机制等方面进行了探索与创新,有效解决了人才培养适切度不高、实践载体平台不足、学生创新意识和实践能力不强等现实问题,为切实加强地方高校工科专业应用型人才培养探索出了一条有效途径。Promoting the application-oriented transformation of local universities is an important part of the current structural reform on the talent supply side in the field of education.Strengthening the cultivation of application-oriented talents is also an effective way to improve the quality of education and solve the development dilemma of local universities.Hechi university has established an applied talents training system for engineering majors supported by a goal-oriented quality standard system,a ability-oriented modular curriculum system,and a demand-oriented practical education system.It has made explorations and innovations in the target system,training mode,carrier channels,working mechanism,etc.It has effectively solved the practical problems of low suitability of talents training,insufficient platform for practical carriers,and weak practical ability of students’innovative consciousness,and has explored an effective way to effectively strengthen the cultivation of applied talents for engineering majors in local universities.
