摘　　要：糖尿病性视网膜病变(Diabetic Retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病(Diabetes Mellitus,DM)的微血管并发症之一.DR的发病是多种因素相互作用所致,它与多元醇代谢异常、脂质氧化及自由基作用等密切相关,药物治疗、激光治疗和手术治疗是目前主要治疗手段.Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the microvascular complications of diabetes mellitus(DM).The pathogenesis of DR is caused by the interaction of many factors,and it is closely related to the abnormal metabolism of polyols,lipid oxidation and free radical action.Drug treatment,laser treatment and surgical treatment are the main treatment methods of DR at present.
