摘  要:以港珠澳大桥江海直达船航道桥为例,介绍了该项目的钢索塔在设计与施工过程中的技术要点及创新。在钢索塔设计方面,索塔外形为独特的“海豚”造型;塔柱横断面采取不同断面类型来抵抗风振;塔底锚固采用固结锚固的方案,并采用承压板和锚固锚杆结合的方式,实现塔柱与承台的锚固连接;在有限元计算中充分还原了工程的实际情况,计算结果满足设计要求。在钢索塔施工方面,本项目采用两点式的大节段整体吊装方式。Taking the ship channel bridge of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge as an example,the technical points and innovations in the design and construction process of the steel cable pylon of the project were introduced.The pylon was designed to be a unique dolphin shape,and the it used different types of cross section to resist wind vibration.The anchorage of the bottom adopted the consolidation and anchoring scheme,and the combination of pressure bearing plate and anchor bolt was introduced to realize the anchoring connection between the pillar and the pile cap.The actual situation of the project was fully restored in the finite element calculation,and the results meet the design requirements.In terms of the pylon construction,the project adopted a two-point integral large-section hoisting method.
