摘　　要：医院对体外诊断试剂耗材“全生命周期”管理应从经销单位和自身建设管理两方面进行管理与考核,引入体外诊断试剂首先考核供应商是否符合体外诊断试剂耗材流通模式,而冷链环节中的运输方式是考核指标之一,考核其是否拥有运输冷藏车与专业冷藏箱资格,是否拥有第三方物流平台对医院进行相应配送等。医院应从遴选经销单位、规范试剂出入库流程等各阶段进行管理,最大程度减少体外诊断试剂管理被动滞后状态,为临床科室提供更好的服务,使得体外诊断试剂更为高效地服务于患者。The hospital should manage and assess the“whole life cycle”management of in vitro diagnostic reagent consumables from two aspects:the distribution unit and its own construction management.The hospital has introduced the supplier of diagnostic reagents to determine whether it matches the flow pattern of the external diagnostic reagent,and the transport in the cold chain is one of the tests.The hospital should be able to determine whether it has the ability to transport refrigerated cars and professional refrigerated cases,whether or not to have a third party logistics platform to distribute to the hospital.The hospital should select the distributor,standardize the process of the reagent entry and storage,reduce the passive lagging state of the in vitro diagnostic reagent management to the greatest extent,provide better services for clinical departments,and make sure the in vitro diagnostic reagent serve patients more efficiently.
