关于高中学业水平考试“合格考”定位与功能的思考

摘　　要：完善高中学业水平考试制度是新一轮高考综合改革的重点之一。"合格考"作为高中学业水平考试的重要组成部分,承担着重要功能。在梳理"合格考"产生背景的基础上,分析"合格考"的定位,提出发挥"合格考"一考多用功能的建议:一是将"合格考"成绩作为高职院校招生录取的重要依据,服务分类考试;二是加强对"合格考"的命题研究,保障试题质量;三是为考生提供具有诊断功能的成绩报告单,为选学选考提供参考;四是将"合格考"数据作为高中教学质量监测的重要参考,服务教育质量提升。One of the focal points of this round of examination enrollment system reform is to improve the high school academic level examination system.As part of the high school achievement examination,the qualification examination plays an important role.On the basis of studying the background and orientation of the qualification examination,this paper discusses the function of the qualification examination,and puts forward some suggestions.Firstly,the qualification examination should be taken as an important basis for higher vocational college admissions;secondly,research on the development of the qualification examination should be strengthened;thirdly,diagnostic reports should be provided to examinees;fourthly,the data of the qualification examination should be taken as an important reference for monitoring teaching quality in senior high schools.
