摘　　要：双金属复合管由于其良好的性价比成为纯不锈钢管、铜管或其他耐腐蚀合金管的替代品。本文主要论述了其生产设备双金属复合管的液压胀形机控制系统架构。结合实际生产设备对其硬件系统中的各个网络构架、硬件设备中的主要元件组成、工艺流程形式进行了叙述。使用PID控制算法实现对油水平衡缸比例阀油压的精准控制,在密封高压水的同时保证了成品管质量。根据工艺实际情况利用PLC中的循环中断功能块,通过不同压力下采取不同的的压力给定,以步进的方法来控制增压缸,最终实现双金属复合管生产的高效精准。Bimetallic composite pipe has become a substitute for stainless steel pipe,copper pipe or other corrosion-resistant alloy pipe due to its good cost performance.This paper mainly discusses the control system architecture of the hydraulic bulging machine for bimetal composite pipe.Combined with the actual production equipment,the network architecture,the main components of the hardware equipment and the technological process are described.The PID control algorithm is used to realize the precise control of the oil pressure of the proportional valve of the oil-water balance cylinder,which can seal the high-pressure water and ensure the quality of the finished pipe.According to the actual situation of the process,the circulation interruption function block in PLC is used to control the pressurized cylinderby step method with different pressure setting under different pressure,so as to realize the efficient and accurate production of bimetal composite pipe.
