摘　　要：黑龙江省通河县在发展特色生态林业产业的过程中,以“大果榛子”为产业基础和依托,提升了当地农民的收入水平,加速农业产业升级,开拓出县域生态产业新局面。深入研究通河县榛子产业发展布局及现状,从质量、政策、服务、文化等方面,提炼出符合黑龙江实际的农业经济发展对策建议。Hazelnut as the industrial base,Tonghe County in Heilongjiang Province in the process of developing characteristic ecological forestry industry,improve the income level of local farmers,accelerate the upgrading of agricultural industry and open up a new situation of County Ecological Industry.Through in-depth study on the development layout of hazelnut industry,from the aspects of quality,brand,policy,service,culture,etc.,the agricultural economic development measures in line with the actual situation of our province are extracted.
