摘　　要：企业管理课程是经贸类专业的重要专业基础课,在1+X证书制度改革背景下,对企业管理课程进行创新创业教学改革,避免人才培养滞后于产业发展需求。针对高职高专存在的固定的教学制度、定位趋同化、专业课程与创新创业教育分开、教师实践能力不足以及考核方式固化等问题,提出改革课程标准和考核方式、构建校企协作的创业教育体系、结合地域特色因地制宜开展课程创新创业教育和编制具有行业地域特色的教材等措施,适应产业发展需求。Enterprise management course is an important professional basic course for economic and trade majors.Under the background of 1+X certificate system reform,innovation and entrepreneurship teaching reform should be carried out for enterprise management course to avoid talents training lagging behind the needs of industrial development.In view of the problems existing in higher vocational colleges,such as fixed teaching system,convergence of orientation,separation of professional courses from innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of practical ability of teachers,and solidification of assessment methods,this paper puts forward some measures to meet the needs of industrial development,such as reforming curriculum standards and assessment methods,constructing enterprise education system based on school-enterprise cooperation,carrying out curriculum innovation and entrepreneurship education according to local conditions and compiling teaching materials with local characteristics.
