中医类留学生跨文化适应调查研究——以甘肃中医药大学为例

摘　　要：采用在线问卷调查和访谈调研中医类留学生跨文化适应现状,分析问题,解决问题。调研结果显示,中医类留学生心理适应较好,社会文化适应需提高,来华前缺乏对中医的了解。分别从心理适应、社会文化适应、个体差异、对中医的了解和个性化跨文化适应指导分析了中医类留学生在跨文化适应中存在的问题,从5方面提出了相应建议和对策。This paper aims at investigating the current status of TCM international students in terms of crossculture adaptation via online questionnaire and interview.The findings showed that psychological adaptation of TCM international students was satisfactory,yet their social adaptation should be improved,and their understanding of TCM was insufficient before they came to China.The paper also analyzed the existing problems of cross-culture adaptation in terms of psychological adaptation,social culture adaptation,individual differences,understanding of TCM,and personalized guidance of cross-culture adaptation for TCM international students.Finally,the paper put forward some solutions to the problems from the five aspects accordingly.
