摘  要:针对产品设计知识主动推送过程中设计人员的知识需求难以自动获取的问题,提出了一种基于设计情境与脑机反馈融合的产品设计知识需求感知方法。设计情境与脑机反馈融合构建知识需求感知框架,由动态变化的设计活动信息驱动生成设计情境实例序列,基于脑机反馈构建设计知识需求域。根据设计任务分解与产品结构的映射关系建立知识需求锚点,以设计情景激活知识需求锚点的方式动态关联当前设计内容,采用加权贝叶斯方法实现设计知识需求类型识别,并在数控机床数字化设计中对提出的需求感知方法进行了应用验证。Aiming at the problem of automatic acquisition of designers’ knowledge needs during knowledge push process, a product design knowledge need awareness based on design context and brain-computer interface is proposed. The design knowledge need awareness framework is constructed based on design context and brain-computer interface. The design context is generated using dynamically captured design activity information. The design knowledge need domain is constructed based on brain-computer interface. The knowledge need anchor points are established according to the mapping relationship between design task and product structure, and current design content is obtained using design context to activate corresponding knowledge need anchor point. The types of knowledge needs are recognized by weighted Bayesian method. The proposed knowledge need awareness method is verified in the process of CNC machine tool digital design.
