摘 要:目的研究干眼症状与大气PM2.5颗粒浓度及其成分的相关性。方法采集2015-2017年广州市城区A区某监测点的PM2.5质量浓度和成分,并调查研究期间某社区居民干眼症状发生率情况,通过Pearson相关分析干眼症状发生率与PM2.5浓度及成分的关系。结果2015-2017年PM2.5年均质量浓度有下降趋势,且差异有统计学意义(F=4.039,P<0.05),14种金属元素中,质量浓度占例比重最高的是Fe、Al和Pb,16种多环芳烃中7种(Chr、Ba A、BbF、BkF、BaP、Da-hA、Ind)具有潜在人体致癌性的全部检出。社区居民干眼症状(干涩、流泪和疼红痒)与大气PM2.5质量浓度无显著相关(P>0.05),但金属元素锶和多环芳烃萘(Nap)与眼睛流泪症状有显著相关(P<0.05),金属元素铁与眼睛疼红痒有明显相关(P<0.05)。结论干眼症状与PM2.5部分成分(多环芳烃、重金属)存在明显相关,提示PM2.5部分成分可能是干眼症状发生的一个风险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between dry eye symptoms and the concentration and composition of PM2.5.Methods PM2.5 mass concentration and its composition data from a monitoring point were collected in Zone A of Guangzhou city from 2015 to 2017.And we obtain the incidence of dry eye symptoms among residents of the community by investigation during the study period.Pearson correlation analysis was used to explore the relationship between dry eye symptoms and the concentration and composition of PM2.5.Results The average mass concentration of PM2.5 in 2015-2017 had a downward trend with statistical difference(F=4.039,P<0.05).The first three types with higher concentration among14 metal elements were Fe,Al and Pb.Sixteen polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons with seven types(Chr,Ba A,BbF,BkF,BaP,Da-hA,Ind)of potential human carcinogenicity were detected.There was no significant correlation between the dry eye symptoms(dryness,tearing,and red itching)of community residents and atmospheric PM2.5(P>0.05).However,metal element strontium and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon naphthalene(Nap)were significantly associated with tearing symptoms(P<0.05).Significant correlation was also seen between metal element iron and eye symptoms of redness and itching(P<0.05).Conclusion Dry eye symptoms were significantly associated with PM2.5 components(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,heavy metals),which might be a risk factor for dry eye symptoms.
