摘　　要：随着经济的快速发展,国家越来越重视现阶段的供应商管理库存工作。为了进一步实现供应商的管理库存成本的总成本节约,必须要根据实际情况对传统的库存管理方式进行突破,建立对应的成本模型,优化提高企业竞争力的方案,适应现代社会市场竞争机制。因此,论文主要针对供应商管理库存对供应商的成本进行简要分析,并提出合理化建议。With the rapid economic development,the country is paying more and more attention to the inventory management work of suppliers at this stage.In order to further realize the total cost savings of suppliers in managing inventory costs,it is necessary to break through the traditional inventory management methods according to the actual situation,establish corresponding cost models,optimize solutions to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,and adapt to the modern social market competition mechanism.Therefore,this papermainly analyzes the supplier’s cost based on the supplier’s management inventory and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
